What is the 2026 DLA Worldwide Energy Event?

The DLA Energy Worldwide Event brings together government, military, and industry stakeholders to support doing business with DLA Energy and to strengthen partnerships across the global energy supply chain.
 

The event provides a forum for engagement on mission-critical energy topics, including petroleum, alternative fuels, logistics, resilience, and operational readiness, while enabling direct interaction between DLA Energy and approved industry partners.

 

Who attends?

DLA Energy Worldwide attracts professionals whose work directly supports or intersects with the defense energy mission.

Attendees may include:

  • Active-duty military and uniformed service members

  • U.S. government civilians from DLA, DoW, and other federal agencies

  • Industry partners, suppliers, and contractors supporting defense energy programs

  • Policy, logistics, and energy professionals focused on installation, petroleum, and energy resilience missions

 

The event is intended for professionals involved in or supporting the defense energy enterprise and those seeking to engage with DLA Energy programs and priorities.

How much does it cost to attend the Worldwide Energy Event?

Registration rates vary by attendee type.

Please visit the Registration page for current rates and eligibility requirements.
 

Note: All attendees must be registered and badged to access the event. Spouses, guests, or unregistered individuals will not be permitted entry. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.

What is the cancellation policy?

Paid registrants who do not attend and do not provide an approved substitute will forfeit their registration fee.

​

Are meals included in my event registration?

Meals are not included with event registration.

Light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be available during the Trade Show Opening Reception in the exhibit hall.

 

Can I share my badge with another attendee or exhibitor?

No. Badges may not be exchanged, transferred, or shared.

Anyone found in violation of this policy will be removed from the event without refund.

 

What forms of ID are required to pick up my badge?

All attendees must present a government-issued photo ID to pick up their badge. Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • CAC or PIV card (white with gold chip, no color bars)

  • Military or government ID

  • Driver’s license

  • Passport

 

Badges will not be mailed in advance and must be worn at all times during the event.

Do you offer discounted hotel rooms for Worldwide Energy Event participants?

Yes. A discounted hotel room block is available for 2026 DLA Energy Worldwide.

Please refer to the Hotel Reservations section of the website for booking details and deadlines.

What is the attire for the Worldwide Energy Event?

  • Active Duty Military: Follow the guidance for your service

  • Civilian: Business attire

 

Please note additional guidance: USAF UOD for event week:

  • MIL = Service Dress Class B (Cardigan Sweater or Light Weight Blue Jacket are Authorized) 

  • CIV = Business Casual

Are there networking events I can attend?

Yes. Networking takes place throughout the DLA Energy Worldwide Event — including during sessions, receptions, and within the exhibit hall. Attendees are encouraged to participate in the Trade Show Opening Reception.

Are children allowed to come to the event?

No. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or session rooms.

How can I reserve a booth?

To exhibit at the DLA Energy Worldwide Event, companies must submit an application. Once approved by DLA Energy, exhibitors will receive a contract and booth assignment details.

 

How do I register my booth staff?

Exhibitors may register booth personnel through the Exhibitor Resource Center based on the allocation in the contract for space.

How can my company get additional exposure at the event?

DLA Energy offers a range of sponsorship and enhanced visibility opportunities beyond the standard exhibit booth. These options are designed to increase engagement, support thought leadership, and maximize return on participation.
